good morning everyone have an absolutely furious mongoose

It’s cuter when you recognize that the lion with visible spots is a juvenile. There’s a very high chance the other lion that runs over to investigate is the MOTHER.

The first lion is asking for comfort because she was given a big spook!!! and she needs mommy to tell her it’s safe and ok!!!! (What’s cuter is that mommy clearly reassures her, and goes on to take the parent role of ‘deal with the scream rat in order to protect my large and easily frightened daughter’)

good news:

my first in-classroom driving class was fine, the instructor was nice, learned some relieving things, i’m not that nervous about the rest of my classes or of continuing to learn to drive

bad news:

i learned (i probably knew it but forgot) that you gotta have your learner’s permit for 9 months before you can get your provisional license. meaning, no matter how quickly i get my 60 hours, i wont have my license before next year. meaning, my chances of getting a job are still just as low as they otherwise would be. meaning, the likelihood of joey and i managing to move out is slim to none.
