when i sent an email to this agent asking about open houses, i wasnt expecting her to sign me up for a news letter about condos in this area
she was just like “is this your price range? and you’re mostly looking for condos, correct? primarily in the rockville area, maybe gaithersburg?” and then suddenly i had emails in my inbox
but like honestly i’m really thankful she did that bcus there are a lot of new listings i’m finding that are seriously pretty nice
from now on i think i’m just gonna stick to open houses
if i have to call someone to get a look at the place then i’ll…i’ll pass thanks……
