this season of always sunny has been agonizingly heavy handed so far but i’m holding out hope that it’s on purpose and like, a parody/satire(?) of a lot of other heavy-handed media recently

and not just them forcing their political opinions to be the entirety of the show

i know always sunny has had political and social overtones since season one, but ALL THREE episodes so far have been politics related. they’re still funny, dont get me wrong! but i’d like at least SOME of this season to not be ideological
