you can’t just expect other people to know your boundaries. 

if you don’t want someone doing or saying something, ESPECIALLY A FRIEND, you gotta fucking step up and tell them. otherwise, the way those things affect you is not their fault.

if someone doesn’t know what they’re doing is hurting you, bcus they have NO REASON TO ASSUME what they’re doing is hurting you, you cannot place 100% blame on them for you being hurt

obviously some things may be more their fault than others, but this type of shit is a two-way street. 

everyone has different boundaries. you have to be responsible for enforcing your own
