and somehow…somehow that makes the concept of this visual novel feel even more awkwardly offensive

the game LOOKS like it’s humanizing the love interests (yknow, fictional members of ISIS), so like….i mean…humanizing terrorists just to kill them feels……fucked up?

i honestly have no idea what this game is actually going for or actually is gonna be like but i’m just gonna watch from a far, safe distance

OK LET ME EXPLAIN

I havent seen either of them and they came out close to each other

They both had McDonalds toys and I got one for each; I got a rubber toy of the little red blob dude from Treasure Planet, and the necklace from Atlantis. Again, i’d never seen the movies so when I had those toys I kinda thought they were just from the same thing

Now, looking at the characters I can definitely identify who is from Treasure Planet and who is from Atlanis, but I never actually separated the two movies in my head. They were just one existence despite looking DRASTICALLY different stylistically

BUT AGAIN I NEVER SAW THEM SO I NEVER HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO THINK ABOUT IT
