the splatoon 2 dlc was really awesome

the Splatoon 2 Octo-Expansion is basically just the scene from one of the Resident Evil movies where the lasers chop that guy into bits

I splatted 28 people in that Ranked Battle

i love winning a Salmon Run and then we all go “BOOYAH” and flop around in the ink together

it’s so pure

sometimes i tell myself “you shouldn’t blame losing a ranked battle in splatoon 2 on your teammates”

and sometimes

i end up having 27 kills while two of my teammates have 5, and one of them (the one i trusted to keep us in the lead whenever i died) has 13

those are the times i think to myself “okay, maybe that one”

I was playing Salmon Run and the first wave was during high tide

and I went to ink some of the area, and when i turned around i saw three swim rings and heard a cacophony of “HELP!”s from all my teammates, who had all gotten killed by high tide
