I don’t know who said it, i think someone from rooster teeth, but they basically said “always back a kickstarter assuming youre not gonna see that money ever again” meaning if ur gonna back a kickstarter, assume ur just throwing ur money away and be happily surprised if it works out

yeah, i’m starting to feel that way too

i’m generally an optimistic person so i wasn’t rly hesitant about kickstarters , but this one has more or less shattered my hopes and dreams unfortunately

i mean, most of the kickstarters i’ve backed so far have been good! most of the campaigns i don’t have rewards for at least keep mostly-consistent updates. but god damnit, the one i wanted the most just has to fuck me over
