Happy Death Day 2U will be released on February 14 via Blumhouse and Universal Pictures. Death makes a killer comeback on the poster above. The trailer is attached to screenings of Halloween this weekend, but it’s expected to surface online soon.
Happy Death Day director Christopher Landon returns to helm the sequel, and this time he has also written the script. Jessica Rothe, Israel Broussard, and Ruby Modine reprise their roles, joined by Suraj Sharma and Sarah Yarkin. Jason Blum (Get Out, The Purge) produces.
As promised, the official Pet Sematary trailer has risen from the grave. It appears to be faithful to Stephen King’s 1983 novel without imitating Mary Lambert’s 1989 adaptation. It hits theaters on April 5 via Paramount Pictures.
