Don’t know how reliable this info is, but I spotted it in one of my Fallout FB groups this morning and figured I’d share it. So… interesting.

just saw an article titled “#metoo wins hollywood? video game movies “tomb raider” and “ready player one” are sexually tame”
and it’s like
1) are you only counting video game movies? i mean, those two aren’t even “video game movies” in the same sense; one is BASED on a video game, but not about one, and the other is based on a book, but is ABOUT a video game. not entirely comparable. and what video game movies are there that are sexually explicit, anyway? dead or alive?
2) both of those movies have been in production since before metoo started so them being sexually tame is almost certainly unrelated, unless some serious changes were made at the absolute last minute
3) movies like Blockers and Super Troopers 2 are still coming out this year so whatever argument you’re trying to make about sexuality kinda goes out the window
