Evil is real in the second Halloween trailer. The direct
sequel to John Carpenter’s 1978 original Halloween opens on October 19
via Blumhouse and Universal. Revisit the first trailer here.

Jamie Lee Curtis returns to reprise
her role as Laurie Strode 40 years later. Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, Will Patton, and Virginia Gardner round out
the cast. James Jude Courtney dons the iconic Michael Myers mask, along
with
original “The Shape” actor Nick Castle for select scenes.

David Gordon Green (Pineapple Express, Joe) directs from a
script he co-wrote with actor Danny McBride (Eastbound & Down, Alien: Covenant) and
Jeff Fradley (Vice Principals). Jason Blum produces, while Carpenter serves as executive producer and composer.
